What messages we send
FlottTaxi sends transactional SMS to passengers about a ride they requested. Typical messages:
- You received a new driver offer
- A driver has been found / your booking is confirmed
- Your driver is on the way
- Your driver has arrived
- No driver was found for your request
FlottTaxi does not send marketing or promotional SMS.
How you opt in
You consent to receive these SMS during registration, after verifying your own mobile number, in either:
- the FlottTaxi mobile app (iOS & Android), or
- the FlottTaxi website (flott.taxi).
In both cases you must actively tick a consent checkbox (it is not pre-checked) before you can continue:
Message frequency & rates
- Message frequency varies and depends on your booking activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@flotttaxi.is.
Your privacy
